Facilities Design & Construction

The Facilities Design and Construction is dedicated to developing, maintaining, repairing and renewing University facilities in an environmentally-conscious manner.  We are committed to providing a nurturing and safe environment for working and learning. This department provides services relating to the design and construction of large and minor capital projects, energy management, and maintenance for all of our facilities.

Environmental Health & Safety

It is the mission of the Office of Environmental Health and Safety to provide a safe and healthy campus environment for students, faculty, staff, contractors and visitors.  We accomplish our mission by directing, coordinating, and undertaking activities to comply with Federal, State and Local rules and regulations. Our commitment to safety includes not only compliance with regulatory requirements, but also education, consultation and training services for the campus community.

Property Control

The office of Property Control maintains the inventory on all State and Research Foundation owned equipment with a value of $1,500 and above by conducting an annual physical inventory. The department also oversees the receiving and distribution of surplus property, loaning of University property, recording of personal property and coordinating trade in of property.
