Our goal is to provide a clean and pleasant atmosphere to support educational, research, and public service functions; while keeping a focus on health/safety, security, and the environment.

Policies

Posters and any other announcements or notices are to be affixed to centrally located bulletin boards, installed for building-wide use.  Departments wishing to install additional bulletin boards must submit a work request for prior approval. If you must affix postings to surfaces use PAINTERS TAPE only. Anything posted to walls, windows, or doors may be removed.

Please do not move furniture out of, or into, classrooms. If you move the furniture within a classroom, please put it back according to the seating chart.

For information regarding services, please contact Scott Kent at 716-878-3404, or place an online work request.  Please ask before attempting to clean up yourself.

Please Note:  Requests for tasks outside of routine functions (things such as: special events, shampooing carpets, stripping/waxing floors, general or restorative cleaning of areas) require at least two weeks advance notice.
